The quality of film photography cannot be replicated.

I started my photography journey as a child in the 90's on 35mm film... because it was all that existed. I have vivid memories of buying $1 rolls of film at the 99-cent store and having prints developed at Walmart, only to receive blurry images of my cats.

It's now a joy to be using film again in my work, and to feel the magical anticipation of waiting for film scans to be delivered to me. I use variety of film cameras and craft my film photography images similarly to how I work in a digital format. Even with the best editing, digital photos cannot bear the exact same quality as film can, and I personally think that's incredibly beautiful. I do not use AI or phone filters/ apps to mimic film, I use the real physical format- C-41 development and all.

My wedding photography packages include the use of both digital and film formats, but I do offer film only services as well. See examples of film photography sessions by clicking on the links below or viewing my blog for more.
